CORPORATE RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

The Job:
You will be handling the membership services operations for Books Kinokuniya Singapore.

Pre-requisites:
• Degree holder with at least 1 year of work experience in sales of membership, customer service and/or administrative work preferred
• Work experiences in membership services, customer service and retailing or similar background preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced retail environment
• A team player who is independent, meticulous and customer-service oriented
• Possess great initiative, strong organizational and leadership skills
• Confident to supervise and train staff
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
