FULL-TIME POSITIONS

RETAIL TRAINEE - ENGLISH & CHINESE BOOK

The Job:
You will work with a team of retail trainees and retail executives, and will be responsible for store sales and customer service. Specifically, you will manage stock inventory, source and analyze information to gain knowledge on books under your care.

Pre-requisites:
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Keen interest in books and has passion for frontline customer service
• Ability to read and write English and Chinese language (including Hanyu Pinyin), as the person needs to handle Chinese books and documents
• Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work on shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
