Author and leading geo-strategist Parag Khanna made an exclusive bookstore appearance at Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store to promote his latest book How to Run the World on Saturday, 22nd October when he was in town recently.

Named as one of Esquire’s “75 Most Influential People of the 21st Century”, Parag Khanna exuded his experience in public speaking and spoke articulately, educating the audience on the concept of mega-diplomacy and how it will create a stable and self-correcting world for future generations. As the event progressed on, he also drew references and made comparisons between Singapore and Japan, and this further attracted several more customers walking past the events area to stay on and listen to him speak.

An insightful Question-And-Answer session was also conducted, in which a mixture of both locals and expatriates took the chance to express their thoughts and post current affairs-related questions to the author.
