Enjoy a great lunch hour treat as the cast members of Upstairs in the Sky, a performance for three to six year-olds presented by The Singapore Repertory Theatre's The Little Company, bring to us snippets of the show at Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store!

Upstairs in the Sky is a story of adventure, friendship and loss. With the audiences' help, the cast will take them on an imaginary journey that tells of a story both gentle and heart-warming. Creativity is enhanced for the little ones as the cast perform the show with materials such as boxes, cloths, tubes and household objects.

Join us on 6th August 2010, Friday, at 1.00pm for a fun and enjoyable time with the cast!

Look out for the balloon sculptor or face painter and you can get to bring home a balloon sculpted in the shape of your choice or a fanciful drawing on any part of your arm, hand or face. Join us for some fun-filled story-gami sessions at Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store and Kinokuniya Bugis Junction on 7th August 2010!

Story-gami is a new story cum origami set from Berkeley Books that incorporates the fun of listening to stories and folding origami animals in-between the stories.

At this event, our engaging storyteller will share with your children various stories and lead them in origami-folding! Parents are also welcome to participate in this Japanese art of paper-folding together with their children. Through these activities, we hope to let your children enjoy the fun of reading and develop a love for it.
