Fans of David Lloyd got their chance to meet up with the British sequential artist famed for creating the internationally successful V for Vendetta when he was in town to attend the Singapore Toys, Games and Comics Convention 2010 and visited Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store for a special appearance!

With an anticipating crowd gathered at the Crossroads even before the start of the event, a short introduction was given and the book signing session started almost immediately to accommodate to the increasing number of fans in the queue line. Lucky fans got their copies of the graphic novels signed by David Lloyd, and were more so delighted when the artist sketched for them too.

Since customers were familiar with the movie version of V For Vendetta, many of them who passed by the Crossroads were also curious to see how the artist sketched, and stopped by to engage in the event. Some took the rare opportunity to grab copies of the graphic novel and get them autographed by David Lloyd on the spot. The artist was friendly and grateful to all who attended the session, and even obligingly took pictures with them when they requested for it.

The success of this exciting special appearance with David Lloyd brings a conclusion to this year’s events held at Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store.
